At Velavela, every piece is special. We work with a made-to-order production model to guarantee the quality and exclusivity of our products. Below, we detail how we manage our deliveries:

1. Preparation Time (Made to Order)

As these are made-to-order products, we need a small margin to create your order with the care it deserves.

• Processing and manufacturing time usually ranges from 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

• We will notify you via email as soon as your package is ready and has left our workshop.

2. Shipping Costs

Great news! At Velavela, we offer FREE shipping throughout Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). We want the price you see to be the final price, with no last-minute surprises in your shopping cart.

3. Delivery Times

Once the package is handed over to the transport company after the preparation days:

• Deliveries in Spain: The estimated transit time is [XX] working days (depending on the destination area).

• Note: These delivery times are estimates provided by the courier company.

4. Order Tracking

At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your package in real time until it arrives at your door.

5. Delivery Address

At Velavela, our priority is that you love what you buy. If you need to make a return, we've simplified the process by following these guidelines:

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Item Conditions and Valuation

For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

• If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to use a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach our facilities.

4. Refund Process

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed to issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

How to initiate a return?

To process your request, please send an email to velavelaspain@gmail.com including the following required information:

1. Clear statement: A message where you explicitly state your desire to return the product and the reason (this helps us to improve).

2. Graphic evidence: You must attach photos of the product where its current condition is clearly visible and, if possible, its packaging.

3. Order number: To quickly locate your purchase.
